I find it’s better at night (less traffic) and it can last up to 3 hours. Regressions are booked on Thursdays or Fridays. You will need a blanket. Spell workshops can be 1-1 or in a group. We will go through how to understand the working, history of spells and you will be taught very basic spells. Each workshop will last 2-3 hours and can be held on a morning or afternoon. Spell workshops are booked with Shelley.
